There is a shipping estimator available in your shopping cart once you have added items to purchase. Shipping costs and available options are determined based on the items in your cart. We offer a variety of shipping options; striving to provide you the most economical methods as well as expedited options for those in a hurry. We strive to ship all orders placed by 2pm, Monday - Friday, on the same day. However, there are sometimes circumstances that cause delays. We also prioritize expedited shipments, but if you have a deadline you are concerned about, please feel free to give us a call at (602) 639-7388. Below is a summary of options that may be available to you, and standard delivery times, based on the size and weight of your order.
Please Note: This summary is for normal delivery times and conditions. Certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, local weather conditions and peak delivery times may affect these estimates or guarantees. Holiday shipping cutoffs will be posted on our homepage prior to those deadlines.
Business days refer to Monday - Friday. The day of shipping does not count toward the delivery days. (ie. If you order Fedex 2nd Day Air and it is shipped on Friday, you can expect delivery on the following Tuesday.)
First Class: Shipped by USPS | Generally delivered within 3 business days, but not a guaranteed service.
Standard Shipping: Shipped by USPS, FedEx SmartPost, or FedEx Ground; depending on package size/weight. Can take 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Shipped by Priority Mail, FedEx Express Saver, or FedEx 2nd Day Air; depending on package size/weight. 1-3 business days.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: 3 - 5 business days
FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
FedEx 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day
If you chose free in-store pickup when ordering, please allow 1 business day for your order to be ready for pick-up. If you cannot pickup items within two weeks of purchase date and do not notify the Lope Shop, you will forfeit all items back into inventory.
